PAPITO is an adult-operated website. Our at-home guides and planning support are for adults to use with children ages 3 to 8 under adult supervision.

We currently use information you choose to share, including adult email, general neighborhood, age bands, and interests, to follow up on planning requests sent through our website forms. We do not require child names, child photos, or exact birthdates.

Chat messages in our adult-facing concierge are processed through Chatbase. Please do not share child names, photos, birthdates, health details, or other sensitive information in chat. Do not assume chat is confidential.

Contacting us or sending a planning request never subscribes you to marketing email. If we start a newsletter, it will be opt-in only and every email will include an unsubscribe link.
