Refund and cancellation policy

Effective October 26, 2026.

We want cancelling to be as easy as joining.

Free trial

Cancel any time in the first 30 days and you are never charged.

Monthly membership

Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the month you paid for. We don’t refund partial months.

Party kits

Digital files can’t be returned. If a file is broken or never arrives, tell us within 14 days and we’ll fix it or refund you.

Charged by mistake?

If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, we will refund the charge.

How to ask

Email us from the address you paid with. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original card, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually fix it faster.

Places and providers

For destinations and independent providers, cancellation and refund policies come from those businesses. Please review their terms before paying them.
