Make the visit your own
1. Rocket launch. The play structure is a spaceship. Count down together before each turn.
2. Red, yellow, green. Have your kid find something on the playground in each color. No rush, no score.
3. Friendly coach. Practice taking turns and make up a cheer for the other kids.
A flexible mini-itinerary
1. First 10 minutes. Find the restrooms and check that the tot lot is open.
2. Next 20 minutes. Shaded playground time, plus one pretend mission you make up together.
3. Last 15 minutes. Water break, a quick color hunt and an easy wind down before home.
Admission and costs
The playground is free. Renting the athletic fields costs extra, but you won’t need them for this visit.
