Terms of use

Effective October 26, 2026.

These terms cover your use of PAPITO, operated by Papito LLC (“PAPITO,” “we”). By using the site or buying a membership or kit, you agree to them.

1. Who PAPITO is for

PAPITO is for parents and adult caregivers aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

2. PAPITO+ membership

• Membership costs $19.99 per month, plus any applicable tax. Founding rates offered with a promotion code apply as shown at checkout.

• New members get a 30-day free trial. A card is required to start it.

• Your membership renews automatically. When the trial ends, your card is charged the plan price, and again at the start of each period, until you cancel.

• Cancel anytime through the Manage membership link we email you, or by writing to info@papitoco.com. Cancel before day 30 of the trial and you are not charged. After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.

• A founding rate applies for the first 2 years of an active membership, then the regular price applies. If you cancel and rejoin later, current prices apply.

• Founding Father is a one-time payment of $1,999 for PAPITO+ for as long as PAPITO operates PAPITO+. It does not renew. Founding Fathers follow the same fair-use limits as other members (for example, text message limits), and physical items like printed books stay paid add-ons. Founding Fathers receive four gift bags during the program’s first year (2027), shipped to U.S. addresses: a welcome bag (an engraved name plate, a signed thank-you letter and a Papito mug) within 8 weeks of purchase; a Father’s Day bag arriving by June 20, 2027; a back-to-school bag arriving by August 31, 2027; and one copy of Papito’s Story, an illustrated hardcover book written from the life story the member shares, delivered by December 31, 2027 if the story interview is completed by September 30, 2027 and the final proof is approved. Contents of the Father’s Day and back-to-school bags are announced before they ship. Gifts are for the first year only. Sharing any story detail is optional, and interview answers and photos are used only to make the book and are deleted after delivery unless the member asks us to keep a digital copy.

• We may change prices for future periods. We will email you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

3. Party kits and digital products

Kits are one-time purchases for personal, non-commercial family use. You may print them for your own events. You may not resell, share or republish them. PAPITO+ members get kits included while their membership is active.

4. Activities and safety

PAPITO offers ideas and plans, not supervision, childcare, transport or bookings. Adults are responsible for choosing what is safe for their children, supervising every activity, and checking for allergies, weather and venue conditions. Event and venue details come from organizers and can change; confirm hours, prices and rules before you go.

5. AI-assisted suggestions

Some plans may be drafted with the help of AI and reviewed by PAPITO. They are suggestions only; use your own judgment.

6. Links and affiliate disclosure

PAPITO links to other sites, including stores. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no cost to you. We are not responsible for other sites’ products, content or policies.

7. Our content

PAPITO’s text, illustrations, plans and kits are owned by Papito LLC or its licensors. Don’t copy or redistribute them beyond what these terms allow.

8. Disclaimers and limits of liability

PAPITO is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injuries or losses arising from activities you choose to do. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and email members about material changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
