Privacy notice

Effective October 27, 2026.

PAPITO collects only what it needs to plan your family’s time. Everything about your kids comes directly from you, the parent, and it’s used for one reason only: to make your family’s experience more enjoyable with ideas that fit each kid. Below is the complete list.

What we never collect

Your children’s full names, exact birthdates, schools, photos or exact locations. We never collect anything directly from children.

What we collect and why

• Your first name and email: to send your plans, receipts and replies to your requests.

• ZIP code: to suggest nearby places and check local weather.

• About your family: number of kids, budget, car yes or no, free times, interests, things to avoid and languages, to match ideas to your family.

• About each kid, only what you choose to tell us: a label or nickname you pick (such as “Kid 1”), birth month and year, gender if you want to share it, and their interests. Optionally, accessibility needs, used only to suggest activities your kid can enjoy. That’s all we collect about your kids, and it’s used only to make recommendations more fun and age-appropriate, never for advertising and never sold.

• Only if you turn on “Remember celebrations”: the themes and interests from past birthdays, so we can suggest the next celebration. We delete these notes after 3 years.

• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only your plan, status and renewal date.

• Basic site usage: to keep the site working and improve it.

How we use it

Only to make your own recommendations, answer your requests and run your membership. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with partners as individual records.

Emails

We send the weekly plan only if you said yes. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply “stop.” Receipts and account notices still arrive while you are a member.

Service providers

We use a small set of providers who handle data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Tally (preferences form), Framer (website and site forms) and our email provider. If we add AI-drafted plans, the AI service will receive only preferences, weather and free times, never your name or email, and we will update this notice first.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct, export or delete your information, including anything about your kids. You can also skip any question about your kids; it only makes ideas more personal. We respond within 30 days. Deleting removes your preferences, your kids’ details and your history; we keep billing records the law requires.

Children

PAPITO is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not collect information from children. Details about your kids come only from you, are protected under this notice, and can be reviewed or deleted by you anytime. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security and retention

We limit access to your information and keep it only while you use PAPITO, plus as long as the law requires afterward.

Changes

We will post updates here with a new effective date and email members about material changes.
